Memory a Month // July 2020

I thought it would be fun to share a memory a month. Once every month I will share a random picture with a short story about that time or just a short memo. Perhaps no picture at all but a story about a time I remember. Some stories might just be funny or happy memories while others might share life's lessons.
So here's my first one: Memory if the month // July 2020
Seance it's July, I went to the month of July 2016. I took this picture one day when I was dreaming of having a blog.*laughs* Yep. I used to dream of having a blog. Now I do!

Yes, that's me. Little Kid that I was. I was going to do a tour of my garden. And it was my garden. I planted it all myself that year. I planted, watered and cared for it. I think it had three rows. I don't remember for sure, but I think that only a few things grew... or actually produced anything but it was great fun. And I learned you have to take good care of your garden if you want anything to grow. You can't do it half-heartedly. Which I did. It's like anything in life. "If it's worth doing, it's worth doing well." and "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; ..." Ec 9:10.
Life is like a garden, what we nourish will grow. If we nourish hate, hate will grow in our hearts and take over. We will become angry, judgmental, haters, and those things are sin and that can lead to unbelief. If we nourish love, love will over flow our hearts into others lives. We will be able to forgive, be kind, and do good to those aground us. Which will bring us closer to God.
So, we must be like "Gardeners of Life". Plucking out the choking weeds that could easily take over, before they can lead us astray, and watering the good seeds with God's word, helping them grow into beautiful Sunflowers of love, so that we can grow strong in the Lord.
I didn't expect to share a life's lesson today but I guess the Lord had diffident plans. I hope this little message blesses you in some way!
God bless you all! Remember to pray always and to water those wonderful seeds of life!

It looks like I'm back

Hi there. It's Kylie here. It's been a while, hey? *laughs* Well, I'm back for at least one post. I thought I would just give a little update, about my crazy, exciting, boarding, sad, life. To begin with: my brother's wedding! I know I left off blogging right before their wedding because life was SO busy then... and hasn't really slowed down at all. The wedding was fabulous! It still brings a smile to my face to remember that special day. My brother and his bride were beaming with joy and it just radiated over the whole place. My heart still warms with the memory of how they walked out man in wife, their faces lit up with happiness! *sigh* If only I could live that day over again. But now for a few pictures... just a couple. *winks* *laughs* Yeeaahhh... Jew a couple pictures. *winks* And there's more! Now they are going to have a baby!!!!!!! I'm going to be an aunt! *squeals* *does happy dance* Isn't that amazing?! Such a blessing! ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’— The baby won...

The 20 Questions Book Tag

I was tag for this a while ago but I want to do it! So, here it is a little late! 1. How many books are too many in a series?  It depends on the series. If the series is good, it doesn't matter really. 2. How do you feel about cliffhangers?  I like them! If you didn't have them the story wouldn't be so exciting! I have a ton of fun putting them in my books.  3. Hardcover or paperback? I like paperback. It's easier to read from one, but a hardcover lasts longer. 4. What's your favorite book?  I don't really have a  favorite book. There are to many to choose from. So I'll just say the Bible.  5. Least favorite book? I don't really have a least favorite. I normally like books as long as they're clean and all that. 6. Fiction or nonfiction? Fiction mostly. 7. The most recent book you couldn't finish? Swiss Family Robinson.  It's the long one! I might finish it yet. 8. A book you're currently reading?  A Quiet Neighborhoo...
