Q&A // #Two

Picture Removed By Author Yay! Time for the Q&A! I'm excited! Let's get started!! What's your favorite book? Hmmm... That's hard, but let's just say I've loved to read book seven of The Wells Fargo Trail series, The Warriors by Jim Walker. *laughs* It seemed to be my go to book when anyone asks that question. I've read it so often it's staring to fall apart. *cries* I'll have to do a book review on it. They're just the cutest Brothers, and the story is just great! Skirts or dresses? Um... Skirts? I would love to own all kinds of long swirly skirts if I had tons cute feminine shirts to go with them! Have you always been home schooled? Yes, I have. What books are on your To Be Read list? Gah! I have a ton, but I'll name a few. Most of them I've read before but don't own and want to read them again. 1. Sherlock Holmes (The original books)   2. All of "The Secret of the Rose" books. 3. Book three of Jennet Oke's series,

Memory a Month // August 2020

Ready for Memory A Month? *laughs and covers mouth* I've a good one this time! Picture Removed By Author Can you guess what happening in this picture? *laughs* This was six years ago, when my family was moving into a new house. (We've moved a lot. This is the third house we had moved to. The house we live in now is our sixth house seance I was born.) My Uncle and Aunt and their kids came to help us move. Moving, besides the sad fact you will never see your house again, has always been fun and a adventure. I have many memories in the house we moved to in this picture, even though we were there only a very short time. I can remember playing "town" in our sheds out back. There were two of them, and one would be the store and one the post office/ telegraph office. Or one the Sheriffs office and jail, and the other the sables. The possibilities were endless! But I've taken a rabbit trail here. Back to the picture. Has any of you tried to pop a Mosquito? You know,

A gift from Tim Moor for saving his life. Tim Moor returned to his previous job as sheriff.  Texas Buck and Pauline Baker were married eight months later. As their wedding gift to Texas and Pauline, Thomas, Charles, and Luke gave them the whole Buck ranch. Tex and Pauline had five children. Four boys and one girl. Thomas became a minister and lived most his life in the small settlement of Lady Marge. Which became a large, bustling town over time. Thomas married and had two daughters. Charles and Luke went east. Surprisingly it was Charles, not Luke, who stayed and became a businessman. He married Mary Lawman, the daughter of a book store keeper and they had ten children. After the adventure in this book, Luke never fully recovered his health.  Luke returned to the Buck ranch where he was readily welcomed t

The Buck Brothers // Chapter 14

GAH! The last chpater!!! Wow! I can't believe I've made it to the end!! Ready? GO! Chapter 14 Tex sat against the wall starring blankly into space, twisting his hands together. Luke watched him from his blankets. "He's worried, isn't he?" Pauline asked leaning close to Luke's ear. Luke nodded. "Hey, Tex?" He asked quietly. Tex looked up. "Yeah?" "Are you okay?" "I'm fine. Just trying to find away to get out of here," Tex said, running a hand over his hair and down his neck. "Come up with any plans?" Pauline asked. "Nope." He leaned his head back with another sigh of frustration. "What about your brothers and Ben? I'll bet they'll try and find us." Pauline suggested. Tex nodded. With a smirk he commented to Luke, "Remember the trouble maker during the war? I told you about him. We met him again, when we came after you. He came along with us to h

Ask Me

Picture Removed By Author Hi, everyone! It's me, again! I was looking back over my posts today and thought it would be fun to do a Q&A post again. So, ask away! Then after I'm done I'll be able to use the questions to add to my "This Blog and Me," page. I'll be waiting for your questions!! Ask as many as possible! Then, if there's to many I'll go through and get rid of the less important ones.
