Ragamuffin Dolls

Hey, everyone! Want to buy a doll? Kidding. You can't yet. *winks*
My sister Mikayla and I have been making these dolls.

We are hoping to start a Etsy shop and sell them once we're good enough. And then over time maybe add more to our shop, like purses, cute note books, maybe even skirts if we get good. But start small, right? So anyway, Mikayla made one of these one day and I did the face. We all thought it turned out cute and thought that perhaps we could sell them. We've made a pattern now so they will all be the same size and have been practicing making them. What do you think?

We were using buttons for eyes but we wanted these to be baby friendly, and we like the look of embroidered eyes better, so now that's what we're doing. The doll's are about five inches tall, and perfect to be held by small hands.
Each doll is unique so far. We make each one different and exciting. Different hair, eyes color, different clothes, you name it! So, what I want to know is this, Would you buy one you a younger sibling, your children, ar grandchildren?

  1. Those are so cute! I think it would be neat if you guys started an Etsy shop! I've dreamed of selling my drawings but that hasn't gone anywhere. *winks*

It looks like I'm back

Hi there. It's Kylie here. It's been a while, hey? *laughs* Well, I'm back for at least one post. I thought I would just give a little update, about my crazy, exciting, boarding, sad, life. To begin with: my brother's wedding! I know I left off blogging right before their wedding because life was SO busy then... and hasn't really slowed down at all. The wedding was fabulous! It still brings a smile to my face to remember that special day. My brother and his bride were beaming with joy and it just radiated over the whole place. My heart still warms with the memory of how they walked out man in wife, their faces lit up with happiness! *sigh* If only I could live that day over again. But now for a few pictures... just a couple. *winks* *laughs* Yeeaahhh... Jew a couple pictures. *winks* And there's more! Now they are going to have a baby!!!!!!! I'm going to be an aunt! *squeals* *does happy dance* Isn't that amazing?! Such a blessing! 💖💗💖💗 The baby won...

Pollyanna 1960 versus Pollyanna 2003

Hi, Blog Fans! The other day we watched the newer version on Pollyanna . I grew up watching the amazingly sweet Disney version of the movie, but I remember that I had seen a new one. We watched it just to see what it was like. Now I want to share what I think of the two movies. Pollyanna 1960 Pros and cons: Pro/con. Pollyanna the 1960's movie is made by Disney, which is a pro or con depending on how you look at it, reason being that Disney, especially Walt Disney, movies have great actors and you can always expect good quality, but I can't say I like Disney, as in the producers or what the portray in their films, very much since Walt died. There is a lot of Walt Disney/Disney movies I like though. Maybe I'll do a post on my favorites some day. Pro. The actors, especially Hayley Mills, are great! Pro. Pollyanna is such a happy or should I say,"glad," movie! Pollyanna is such a fun girl to watch, with a big smile, a two big bright eye...
